FAQ & BOOKING POLICY

MAKEUP & HAIR CLIENTS

1. Bookings are only secured through deposit which can be made through e transfer at aqsak.studio@gmail.com

2. In the event that false information is provided for your makeup/hair booking, the client is subject to lose their deposit as well as their appointment immediately. Falsifying information about events and needs will leave client liable.

3. Please wear your contact lenses and outfit before arriving at your appointment. This will help avoid any damage to your makeup and hair and optimize the time allocated for your appointment.

4. Cancelling a booking will result in loss of deposit.

5. Clients must arrive with completely dry hair. Hair should be washed one night prior to appointment. If hair is wet there will be an additional $25 fee to blow dry before styling.

6. Should a group member choose to cancel their service(s), the deposit will be forfeited (payment cannot be used towards overall booking costs.)

7. The remaining balance for the client will be due before departing from the salon.

8. If you are a makeup client it is best to book a facial service 1 week in advance to your appointment to help with smoother and a no cakey makeup application. We will guide you on which treatment is best for your skin type as well as give you a customized facial!

9. Bring your own mascara (preferably waterproof) so we can apply it with the brush applicator it comes with. Trust us, it makes a huge difference!

10. Please ensure timely arrival for your appointment to avoid scheduling conflicts with other clients. If you arrive excessively late, we may be unable to provide service due to subsequent appointments. Please note that deposits are non refundable. 

11. Our team will not continue to work on clients with hair lice and the booking will be non refundable.

12. We are not liable for any items left at the studio after your appointment. Please ensure to take your belongings with you.

final payments

To ensure a time efficient booking we require the final payment to be made before the start of the bridal booking.

Parking

1. When arriving to the studio, please park on either side of the street and not the driveway. Please ring the bell from the front door and someone will come assist you to the studio space.

facial clients

1. Please arrive with no makeup and jewelry on.

2. Each client can only reschedule once. After this the client will forfeit their deposit.

3. Must give a 48 + hour notice if client needs to reschedule. Deposit will be forfeited for less than 48 hour notice.

4. Deposits are non refundable if cancellation is made from the client.

payment method

The remaining balance for any service will be required in cash. Please note that if the remaining balance is paid via e-transfer, applicable taxes will be added to your total.
